For over 60 years, Issartel has been manufacturing and maintaining high complexity mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for the naval and nuclear sectors.

The equipment we produce and maintain is used in military, nuclear safety, and diving safety environments and must meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Our factories

Our factories are equipped with machining centers, digital control lathes, and electro-erosion machines that allow us to machine a wide variety of metals such as inconel, copper-aluminum, copper-nickel, steel, titanium, cobalt, super duplex, stainless steel, graphite, or boron aluminum.

Expertise

We have the expertise to perform highly precise and complex machining, such as hollow toroidal shapes, elliptical shapes, and thin walls, while controlling deformations.

Our Laboratories

Our metrology laboratories are equipped with the latest generation 3D CNC control machines, a wide range of conventional measuring devices, as well as versatile and mobile control means: laser tracker, theodolite, 3D measuring arm… which guarantee the compliance of the produced materials but also allow us to intervene on site at our clients for on-site and on-board inspections.

We test the equipment we assemble to certify its strength, operation, tightness and performance in our test laboratories equipped with high-pressure air, oil, water test benches and hyperbaric chambers.

International presence

Present on three sites in France, we are also established in Brazil, India, Spain and Chile. Our international presence has allowed us to develop local expertise and a true transfer of technology.
